PhDs

The PhD constitutes the Third Cycle Degree of the Italian Educational System, it is an academic qualification which represents the highest university degree awarded by Italian universities.

PhD courses last three academic years and focus on advanced research education. PhD   main purpose is to develop scientific knowledge in order to undertake a highly qualified professional research activity at universities, public and private bodies.
